What You’ll do
This position will provide analytical support to the Chief Diversity Officer and the Bank’s diversity, equity and inclusion strategy by performing the compliance and analytical tasks that are required for the Office of Minority & Women Inclusion (OMWI).
How you’ll make an impact:

  • Work in a team based environment and perform an analysis that drive insights and assist in team’s decision making
  • Create efficiencies within work tasks to eliminate or reduce manual processes to devote more time for value added analysis

What you can expect:

  • Provide analytical support to the Chief Diversity Officer and OMWI Co-Directors in the development and execution of the annual OMWI strategic plan
  • Develop, track, and analyze metrics that support the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategic plan
  • Create and present process improvement for DEI data collection and validation
  • Perform the tasks necessary to complete the Bank’s Annual OMWI report and quarterly data reports (QDRs) for the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA)
  • Create and update processes, procedures, and policies as required by OMWI
  • Analyze current local and federal diversity, equity and inclusion regulations to ensure Bank compliance with all relevant regulations
  • Prepare materials, including presentation materials and data requests, and participate in the annual FHFA OMWI exam. Participate in regular and ad-hoc compliance calls with the FHLB System’s OMWI Council and other regulatory meetings
  • Provide support for the annual Internal Audit review of the OMWI program and any required remediation
  • Coordinate arrangements, agendas, and minutes for internal OMWI meetings
  • Assist with Bank-wide diversity, equity and inclusion training efforts
  • Track the annual OMWI training requirement
  • Track and report on the DEI short-term incentive goals
  • Create Board and Executive Team presentations
  • Respond to FHFA ad-hoc requests
  • Stay up to date with the latest technology and process improvement strategies
  • Other duties as assigned

What you’ll bring:

  • Advanced proficiency with Excel, Tableau and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of database structuring & report building
  • 3-5 years technical expertise
  • Impact measurement expertise
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • Working knowledge of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion principles.
  • Excellent communication (verbal, written, and listening) skills
  • Experience with project management and engaging stakeholders in the reporting processes
  • Ability to work with and maintain confidential information
  • Ability to work independently and within a team as needed
  • Strong organizational skills and can multitask in diverse situations and meet multiple deadlines
  • Strategic thinker who is able to anticipate issues and provide meaningful solutions
  • Ability to effectively communicate with various departments and management
  • Analytical-minded with a knowledge of quantitative math skills
  • Must demonstrate an exemplary work ethic
