We are looking for a friendly, positive and energetic professional that is very customer-centric.

This position is responsible for performing the orientation walk thru for all RV's sold at the time of the customer's delivery day, educating the customer on how to operate and use their new RV, answer any questions customers may have during the walk thru process as well as after, if contacted by the customer, or direct them to the proper advisor for answers. The concierge will be the contact point for the customer during their delivery day, will direct the customer through proper department's day of delivery once orientation has been completed and close up the RV so that it is ready for transit.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service focus and experience is a MUST

• Ability to listen and understand the customer's needs

• Exceptional communication skills

• Ability to handle several appointments and customers with ease

• Comfortable and confident in learning all makes/models of RV's and travel trailers (including but not limited to technology)

• Capable to being exposed to the weather during inspections that may take an hour +

Education and/or Experience

• Minimum 2 years' experience in RV, Automotive, or Marine service operations or related field preferred.

• High School Diploma or GED
