Job description

The construction foreman supervises and performs construction duties on a daily basis on telecommunication sites. Supervise employees and job site personnel to complete the scope of work assigned. Must be able to follow instructions and complete assigned jobs timely and safely.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and direct multiple crews.
• Must be able to multitask
• Must be able to manage time efficiently
• Must be able to read plans
• Must have general construction knowledge in roofing, masonry carpentry etc.
• Must be able to coordinate and schedule projects.
• Must be able to meet deadlines

QUALIFICATIONS: Must have a minimum of 5 years of foreman experience. Good communication skills. Must be professional. Must have Clean Driving Record & Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation. Must be able to accommodate out of town travel. Must be highly organized and be able to effectively report written Close out Packages.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
