Worth & Company, Inc. is currently seeking an Assistant Coordinator to join the Estimating team for the Mechanical Construction Division. The ideal candidate should enjoy a fast-paced office environment and possess the following:

• Experience working in estimating, operations or sales preferred, but not required

• Excellent verbal and writing skills

• Sound computer skills

• A professional, organized demeanor and be team oriented

• Highly skilled at communicating/relaying incoming information (emails, texts, etc..) to internal customers.

• Highly skilled at electronic filing and data base use.

Responsibilities:

• Document Management ( Electronic filing, Closing out Projects, Bid Preparations)

• Drawing Management (Organization, Printing as needed)

• Supply ordering for department

• Incoming Email Management (Organization and Distribution)

• Assist Coordinating Supervisor with special projects as needed
