Worth & Company, Inc. is currently seeking an Assistant Coordinator to join the Estimating team for the Mechanical Construction Division. The ideal candidate should enjoy a fast-paced office environment and possess the following:
- Experience working in estimating, operations or sales preferred, but not required
- Excellent verbal and writing skills
- Sound computer skills
- A professional, organized demeanor and be team oriented
- Highly skilled at communicating/relaying incoming information (emails, texts, etc..) to internal customers.
- Highly skilled at electronic filing and data base use.
Responsibilities:
- Document Management ( Electronic filing, Closing out Projects, Bid Preparations)
- Drawing Management (Organization, Printing as needed)
- Supply ordering for department
- Incoming Email Management (Organization and Distribution)
- Assist Coordinating Supervisor with special projects as needed
