BrandSafway is looking for a Scaffold Project Manager for multiple scaffold, siding, and insulation project.

Scaffold Project Manager Responsibilities: Responsible for working with sales and construction personnel to review projects, provide crews with clear understanding of work and bring them to a safe, profitable conclusion with client satisfaction. Commercial and Industrial work. Will be driving company car.

Scaffold Project Manager Requirements:

• Climb ladders and stairs
• Comfortable with heights
• Estimate job requirements
• Follow and enforce safety procedures
• Complete safety documentation
• Identify out of scope work and document change orders
• Schedule projects
• Close out projects
• Be front line contact for client
• Create good relations with client
• Receive & check Time Sheets for accuracy

Scaffold Project Manager Knowledge:

• Microsoft Office/ Outlook
• Scaffold Components
• Drawing Understanding
• Insulation, siding, refractory, fireproofing, coatings, etc.
• Bilingual a plus (Spanish / English)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
