BIP.Monticello Consulting Group is a high-end management consulting firm specializing in the global financial services industry, is seeking a Consultant to join our team. As a Consultant at BIP.Monticello, you'll be challenged to utilize your analytical problem solving, leadership, and communication skills in new ways as you assist team members through various strategic initiatives for our clients.

Responsibilities:

·Identify and negotiate schedules, milestones, and resources required to meet project objectives.

·Develops strong client relationships across stakeholder groups (Operations, Technology, Finance, etc.).

·Assist with the organization and management of project risk and issue logs.

·Participation in client engagements, reporting to project/engagement manager.

·Manage clear expectations by establishing clear timelines, milestones, and providing transparency on risks, dependencies, and issues through status reporting.

Qualifications:

·Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university required.

·Strong teamwork skills, with ability to work effectively with project stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved.

·Base knowledge of Project Management and project planning skills.

·Impeccable organizational skills.

·Strong working knowledge of business management best practices.

·Collaborates well in a team environment, including working with client management to solve difficult organizational challenges.

BIP.Monticello provides a reasonable range of compensation for our roles. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, education, level of experience, and knowledge.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
