This is a remote position where our ideal candidate will reside in Dallas, Houston, Las Vegas or Pittsburgh.

The Talent Acquisition Healthcare Sourcer is responsible for partnering with the Talent Acquisition team to proactively engage applicants with a positive and strategic approach utilizing and pursuing every available outlet to attract diverse, top talent to fill current and future needs. Our ideal candidate exhibits a can-do attitude and approaches his or her work with vigor and determination in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Job Functions:
  • Effectively source and deliver high caliber clinical talent to the business
  • Continuously build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality talent thru Boolean search, job boards, networking and referrals, including candidate contact information
  • Develop, coordinate and deliver formal tracking processes of pipeline
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition team to understand job requirement and build effective sourcing and recruiting strategies for current markets and new markets
  • Possess strong written and communication skills; ability to develop creative sourcing templates
  • Lead Recruitment Marketing initiatives and grow our social media footprint utilizing including social media campaigns & postings, paid search, hiring manager networking and other creative strategies to generate leads
  • Be diligent with understanding technology trends, providing insights and ideas of effective and innovative sourcing channels that will contribute to the overall long-term growth of the company
Other Job Functions:
  • Attend staff meetings or other company sponsored or mandated meetings as required
  • Occasional travel
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, marketing, communication or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience; required
  • 5 years of sourcing experience with a proven track record; required
  • 3 years of experience in health recruiting/sourcing; required
  • Must be tech savvy and capable of picking up new technologies & terminologies
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills even when working at a fast pace or with interruptions
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook), required
  • Strong communication skills and attentive listening skills
