Nemours is seeking a Contractor, Enterprise Communications to join our team in Jacksonville, FL.
This part-time, contract position is responsible for developing collaborative relationships with Nemours Children's Health, Jacksonville leaders to create and implement integrated internal communication services to support the Nemours strategy. Developing trusted relationships will require being onsite approximately 40% of the time, with 60% remote work. The work week will fluctuate from 20 to 30 hours per week.
This position will partner with members of the Enterprise Communications team to represent leaders and Jacksonville associates in our internal channels. The Contractor will work collaboratively with Public Relations, Marketing and Social Media teams.

Duties include:
- Creating messages that build associate understanding of and support for Nemours' vision, mission and values, with a focus on promoting engagement and dialogue.
- Writing monthly leadership updates, announcing associate of the month winners and other needs as assigned.
- Providing hands-on support for Jacksonville Town Halls, associate events, and other enterprise-wide initiatives as needed. Including working with leaders to develop the agenda and then creating the PowerPoint presentations for the event.
- Collaborating with the Enterprise Communications team to meet the content needs of our employee communications app, Nemours Now. Including posting s tories, videos, and creating newsletters.
Essential Functions:
- Excellent writing and editing skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and positive attitude.
- Assist team with messages from senior leaders to associates.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
- Punctual and organized.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree Required
- 1-3 years of job related experience
