Job description
This position will be responsible for managing and growing sales, distribution and relationships in the Convenience Channel while working closely with the distributor network to ensure execution. The role is a blend of selling directly to decision-makers within individual retail accounts, as well as selling to larger retailers that control multiple outlets. The role will also manage smaller established regional account headquarter call points. This position will reside in any major Metro Area in California.
Essential Duties:
- Build relationships and call on local/regional decision-makers for C-Stores including franchise groups, corporate national account groups, smaller regional accounts, and emerging accounts
- Develop relationships with key distributor personnel that are responsible for the Convenience Channel
- Develop and maintain new business and new accounts
- Develop and coordinate opportunities with distributor teams including high-volume outlets, communicate execution expectations and pricing integrity; coordinate and communicate with multiple decision makers
- Coordinate with frontline sales network to close distribution gaps on mandates
- Create and communicate programming opportunities; recap ROI
- Develop relationships with local C-Stores and facilitate key accounts meetings

Education/Experience/Skills: *
- 3-5 years’ applicable experience within the Off-Premise Channel
- Advanced computer skills including PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to travel regularly including overnight travel
- Squeaky Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and ability to drive an automobile

Starting Salary: $72,000.00 - $75,000.00*
