Looking for friendly, enthusiastic people who would like to be part of a team baking some of the greatest cookies in town.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers, answering questions, making recommendations, accepting orders and payment, and providing exceptional customer service
• Keeping records relating to inventory, and production levels

• Cleaning and restocking workstation and ensuring that all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift
• Reading and understand recipes
• Measuring and combining ingredients and using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to make cookies, shakes and drinks

Requirements:

• Strong communication, time and resource management, and planning skills

• Basic math and computer skills
• Willingness to work independently or with other team members to solve problems, plan schedule, fulfill orders, and create amazing products
• Flexibility to work around customer demands, including morning, night, weekend and holiday availability
• Ability to work in hot, hectic environment, stand, walk, bend, use hands, and appliances, and lift heavy items for extended periods
• Must be 16 years or older to work the ovens and mixers
• Employees must be able to close. This would mean staying to 10:30 M-F and 11:30 on Saturday

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
