Who are we hiring?
The VIP Hospitality Coordinator position represents the department and company on site at high profile events attended by celebrities, MSG management and VIP guests and is responsible for servicing these clients for any of their needs, as well as being the onsite, day-of VIP administrator for concerts/games/special events. The position is involved in all aspects of the MSG VIP Services & Hospitality department and serves as a contact and voice for the department with both internal and external audiences. The position provides a valuable perspective on the smooth operations of the department, working closely with teammates to ensure the highest level of service and execution for both the routine and mega events. The coordinator may also manage a team of Guest Experience Representatives for select events. The VIP Hospitality Coordinator position is also responsible for day-to-day administrative functions. Tasks include but are not limited to updating contact data bases throughout the year; maintaining VIP guest lists; developing weekly event schedule updates; filing and managing department documents; and scheduling individual and departmental meetings.

What will you do?
- Runs point on assigned events and is the onsite, day-of administrator working and managing VIP hospitality spaces, with the ability to manage the onsite Guest Experience Representative team, resolve issues, solve problems, and make changes as required.
- Works with the in-house ticketing team on internal audit process as well as other critical compliance needs.
- Manages databases relating to VIP clients/celebrities and VIP hospitality spaces.
- Provides creative input on special projects, as well as performing other duties throughout the year.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
- Standing for the duration of evening events
- Available to work prolonged hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Some travel
