The Corporate Office Manager is involved in all day to day Office and Human Resources activities. This position ensures efficient operation of the Corporate Office within QOL Restaurant group, including but not limited to Twigs Bistro, Twigs Bistro and Martini Bar and any future concepts.
Key Performance Elements/Essential Functions
- Oversight of all HR items. Key HR items would include: All employee discipline, unemployment, worker’s compensation claims, employee benefits, all payroll functions, background checks, drug screens, employment verifications W2’s, ACA Filings, EEO Reporting, WOTC Reporting, employee investigations, leave of absence forms/approvals, sexual harassment and discrimination claims
- New manager set-up and Exit in all systems
Maintain employee records in compliance with all state and federal laws. Reconciliation of all bank and credit card statements
- Review all landlord charges monthly
- Manage all banks have sufficient funds and accurate signers on file
- Review and sign all physical checks issued from Corporate Office
- Manage emails daily
- Answer phone calls
- Review EOM financials and submit to owner for review by the 10th of the month
- Review Quickbooks entries each month
- Handle all guest incidents
- Manage Open Enrollment for employee benefits annually
Keep all policies, procedures, handbooks and training materials up to date Review and track safety meetings monthly
- Manage points from credit card purchases
- Fill out manager labor budgets and submit to owner
- Stay up to date on knowledge regarding all local, state and federal regulations and laws for all tax, operations, and HR related matters
- Assist with any lawsuits the company may become involved in
- Review job offers with operations
- Manage and field financial questions, HR questions and any other miscellaneous requests
- Other duties as necessary for successful and efficient operations Other Expectations:

Work Schedule:
Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the restaurant. An expected regular work schedule would be from 8am-5pm Monday – Friday depending on the needs of the company and the efficiency of the employee. There may be periods where additional hours are required to complete tasks and/or meet deadlines. Completion of month end financials may require additional work. This would occur during the first ten days of the month. You will be responsible to take calls regarding HR issues or discipline outside of office hours. Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established and or altered by Twigs Bistro and Martini Bar from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position. Employees with irregular attendance will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment. Upon employment, all employees are required to fully comply with the Twigs Bistro and Martini Bar rules and regulations for the safe and efficient operation of our properties. Employees who violate the Twigs Bistro and Martini Bar rules and regulations will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
Qualification Standards Education:
High school diploma or equivalent is required. College degree preferred. Experience: Minimum one (1) year office management experience. Restaurant experience preferred. Prior supervisory experience preferred. Licenses or Certificates: Ability to obtain any government required licenses or certificates. For example: Computer training, and/or government agency certification. Skills and Abilities: Proven office management, administrative, or assistant experience. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures. Excellent time management skills and ability to multi task and prioritize work. Attention to detail, organizational, analytical and problem solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills: You will be collaborating with co-workers, management, and in some cases customers. You will need to be able to listen and communicate effectively. Full availability is required, flexible schedule. Should expect to work 45-50 hours per week. Proficiency in Quick Books is a requirement. Proficiency in Word, Outlook and Excel are expected.

Pay: $63,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
