General position summary:

We are looking for a Corporate Recruiter to join our team. This new position plays a key role in our continued growth. The corporate recruiter will research, develop and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent. Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities:

· Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process, including job posting, applicant tracking, resume review, screening/interviewing, and engagement with our team and group managers.

· Create and drive strong sourcing efforts

· Develop and maintain candidate pipeline

· Function within the applicant tracking system.

· Coordinate with hiring managers to move candidates through the interview process.

· In collaboration with the Director of HR, develop outreach strategies to reach diverse candidates, including but not limited to women, underrepresented minorities, individuals with disabilities, and protected veterans.

· A member of the administrative team performs administrative tasks and helps with events

· Assist in the administration of the company's safety program

· Other operational, HR, and recruitment projects as needed

· Support other functions as assigned.

· This is a remote/hybrid position. Open to discuss

Job Skills:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics

· Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for the recruitment of a variety of roles

· Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative

· Familiarity with laws, regulations and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.

· Excellent time management

· Responsive and client service-oriented

· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Required Education and/or Experience:
· Experience sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, online databases, or other internet research methods.

· Proven experience as a recruiter.

· Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field or related experience.

Pay: $40,932.42 - $88,191.49 per year
