DCI Job Requirement for: Cost Analyst

Location: APG, MD

Job Description:

• Serve as a Cost Analyst at the BMD Staff level in support of PM EW&C

• Perform a wide variety of cost analysis supporting life cycle cost estimates (LCCE).

• Develop the following in support of Program of Records across PM EW&C: program office estimates (POEs) & Spruill Charts

• Develop or evaluate the following: Cost assessments, Cost positions (relating to the systems development and demonstration), & Production approaches

• Assess impact on systems and program costs, to include analyses of prototype systems

• Work with SMEs to develop independent Government cost estimates (IGCEs)

• Coordinate with DASA-CE personnel • Support CAPE Briefs and CARD Cost Assessments

• Provide cost guidance and information to meet program requirements

• Build Cost Estimates in ACEIT

Qualifications:

• BS/BA or higher in Business Management, or Science Field

• 5+ years of cost analysis experience

• 3+ years of experience with Automated Cost Estimating Integrated Tools (ACEIT)

• ACEIT Certification

• DAU Cost Accounting Courses (Preferred)

Security Clearance: Active DoD Secret Clearance
