dNTP Laboratory is a clinical laboratory based in New Jersey, currently servicing clients in different states including New York and New Jersey. Our specialty is in Molecular tests, currently focusing on COVID-19 PCR tests. Our laboratory is expanding rapidly with different molecular tests, toxicology, NGS, and genetic testing.

We are looking for COVID-19 sample collector to join our fast-growing company.

Responsibilities:

· Perform nasal Swab on patient for COVID testing. Facilitate the collection, processing, and storing specimens.

· Follow CDC and NYS DOH sample collection guidelines

· Follow departmental policies to correctly identify the patient before any specimen is obtained.

· Properly label and document the specimens and prepare for shipment.

· You responsible for collecting bona-fide COVID-19 samples.

· Must verify valid ID and insurance card before collecting the sample.

· Demonstrate customer service and compassion when interacting with patients, physicians, and clinic staff.

· Communicate with, understand, and react effectively to a diverse patient population base.

· Follow Universal Precautions, PPE and all OSHA standards when handling specimens.

· Strictly adhere to HIPAA guidelines.

· Inform supervisor of low volume shifts, unusual problems, or deviations from established procedures.

· Maintain neat, clean, orderly patient/work areas always.

· Order processing & office supplies as needed

· Ability to sit or stand for up to 60 minutes at a time

· Ability to work outside, work early morning, or late nights

· Proficiency with Google Drive (Spreadsheet, Google Meet, Google Calendar, etc.)

· Patient oriented and Positive Attitude

· Strong attention to detail and organization skills

Salary: Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Qualifications/Requirement:

· High school diploma or GED

· MA, CNA, LPN, or Phlebotomist License (preferable)

· Must be allowed to work legally in USA.

We use state-of-the-art medical equipment and instrumentation in the preparation of specimens and guarantee strictest quality assurance mechanisms are implemented to maintain consistency and precision.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

• Laboratory experience: 1 year (Required)
