CPA Firm Tax Senior (Signing Bonus)

Acquavella, Chiarelli, Shuster is a Central New Jersey Area based CPA firm that has a wide variety of tax clients in multiple industries. Our staff will gain skills and experience that are not available in many firms. You will be recognized for good work without the typical aggravations found in many firms.

We are seeking a Tax Senior who has acquired a strong foundation of skills that can be leveraged and expanded. By working in a diverse tax environment, you will become more valuable professionally, which will fuel your career advancement.

Qualifications for this position Include:

• BA/BS degree in accounting
• CPA certificate, candidate or EA
• 3 - 5 years accounting firm tax experience
• Directly supervising staff, a plus
• Comfortable in building client relationships
• Strong preparation skills; 1040,1120-S, 1065, 1120, 1041
• Experience with multi-state returns a plus
• Engage in tax research as needed
• Respond to Federal & State Tax notices
• Possess analytical, critical thinking, time management and decision-making skills
• Enjoys collaborating with team members
• Small firm culture, 24/7 direct access to partners
• Experienced with CCH tax programs a plus
• Excels in oral and written communications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
