alice + olivia is looking for a process driven, highly detail-oriented Creative Project Manager to join our Creative Services team. This person will serve as the creative department's point-person for project details and timelines for creative asset creation. S/he will ensure full transparency and awareness on asset creation, creative team workload and project prioritization.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Marketing and DTC stakeholders to develop tailored, actionable agile briefs by channel.
  • Project manage creative requests—ensure all creative requests and briefs are received in necessary format, deliverable specifications, timeframe, and with budget awareness.
  • Partner closely with the creative team ensuring they understand project priorities, marketing objectives and timing implications.
  • Master and utilize project management software tools to centralize project detail data points and team workload.
  • Create full end-to-end timelines for all creative projects, track major milestones and proactively identify and resolve time-sensitive project challenges with a positive, collaborative, solutions-focused approach.
  • Possess knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and ownership/management of our QA processes to ensure projects are completed on time and to brief.
  • Determine most effective and efficient use of required resources, both internal and external.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in a fast-paced setting or similar environment managing multiple, cross functional projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to use analytical, innovative and quick-on-your-feet thinking to adapt project plans while still delivering on time and on budget.
  • Having an in-depth understanding of processes and specifications for digital asset creation.
  • Strong critical thinking skills and ability to manage potentially stressful situations.

Requirements:

  • Experience with digital, social, or creative project management is necessary.
  • Experience with asset management of creative files.
  • Proficiency with project management software tools – Trello, Asana, Basecamp, or others
  • Proficiency of Microsoft Office (excel, word, powerpoint, sharepoint).
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
