As a Crew Scheduler, you will perform various technical crew scheduling functions and activities.
- Provide scheduling support to Pilots and Flight Attendants
- Utilize multiple computer programs simultaneously with heavy phone call volume
- Monitor/ensure compliance with crewmember legalities
- Monitor and make notifications to crew members of schedule changes
- Communicate and problem solve with other departments to provide an efficient operation

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer experience required
- Ability to multi-task, adapt, and prioritize with changing and fast-paced environments

- Able to work independently and as an integral part of a team

- Outstanding listening, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule (weekends, holidays, early mornings, afternoons, and graveyard shifts).

- Provide a one-year commitment to the position
- Sitting at a computer for extended periods of time
- This job is not remote, candidates must reside near or be willing to relocate to St. George, UT
- Willingness to work assigned schedules based on seniority. Shift trading is available to help accommodate personal needs.
