Job description
The Critical Access Sales Representative will be responsible for handling inside sales for the company while building customer relationships and sales strategies. The primary focus will be on selling critical access products from the company website, managing website inquires/orders and in charge of incoming calls to the company sales line.
Essential Functions/Primary Responsibilities:
- Present, promote and sell products to existing and prospective customers
- Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients
- Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
- Utilize the CRM to establish a database of prospect clients
- Follow up new outside leads and companies to purchase products
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Communicate well with customers regarding products and pricing
- Develops and refines productivity and quality standards to ensure business needs and quality requirements are met
- Maintains confidentiality of all company & client information
- Attends necessary company meetings and training sessions
Qualification Requirements:
- Sales experience 1–3 years
- Strong phone presence
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Highly motivated and target driven
- Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
- Microsoft/excel efficient
- CRM Experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
