Job Summary and Qualifications

We are seeking a Certified Respiratory Therapy Tech for our facility to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. We are an amazing team that works hard to support each other and we are seeking a phenomenal addition like you who feels patient care is as meaningful as we do. We want you to apply now

• You will demonstrates knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span and possesses the ability to assess data reflective of the patient’s requirements relative to his/her age-specific needs.
• You will demonstrate knowledge to assess, plan, and evaluate care in coordination with the health care team across the continuum
• You will assess patients/families ability to learn and incorporate teaching throughout hospitalization and in preparation for discharge
• You will deliver compassionate, holistic care, while supporting the rights and dignity of all patients

Qualifications:

• State of TN licensure Certified Respiratory Therapy Technician (CRTT)
• ACLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• BLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• NRP must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• PALS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• 1 year experience preferred
