We are a local, family owned HVAC business that has been in Tucson since 1959. We want team members that are interested in growing and want to have fun with our exciting call center team. Join us in our new 25,000 SF building and grow with us!

The chosen candidates must have:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Able to interpret customer’s needs
• Efficiently direct calls to appropriate departments
• Schedule diagnostic & maintenance appointments
• Basic computer skills required
• Dependable
• Reliable and honest
• Call Center experience at least 2 years

Full time position includes: healthcare, dental, paid sick days, & paid holidays, 401K program is available, and paid vacation.

Job Duties:

• Answer incoming customer inquiries
• Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
• Record customer information within our customer service database
• Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
• Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
• Other duties as requested
• Days, evenings and weekends included.
