Your Objectives

  • Deliver an excellent customer experience with every interaction.
  • Process orders quickly and with accuracy.
  • Proactively communicate status to customers throughout the order cycle.
  • Collaborate daily with sales and operations teams to meet or exceed customer expectations.

The Skills You Bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
  • Five + years of Customer Service experience
  • PC proficiency, including advanced capabilities in Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
  • Experience using Sequel Viewpoint to gather and synthesize data
  • Ability to balance working independently and influence others to achieve improved outcomes
  • Advanced communication skills to read, analyze, and interpret data and write business correspondence in a professional manner
