Responsibilities:
- Answers in bound calls (no selling)
- Provides exceptional customer service information regarding 401(k), 403(b) or other qualified plans
- Educates participants about their retirement account and features
- Data Entry and other administrative tasks
- Facilitates problem resolution and document processing
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking ability
- Ability to multitask
- Show initiative and be proactive when necessary
- Quality-driven with a strong sense of accountability
- Diagnose problems and offer resolution
- Be open and flexible in a dynamic environment focused on continuous improvement
- Salesforce knowledge preferred but not required
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required
- High School Degree or equivalent OR Any equivalent combination of education, experience and/or training approved by Human Resources.
