Waterway Carwash in Skokie is Now Hiring Customer Service Associates (CSA)!

• Sales & high-end Customer Hospitality position
• $16 per hour base pay + bonuses (most CSAs average an extra $3-4 with sales)
• This is a year-round position; not seasonal

Job Duties:

• Work inside and outside of Convenience Store, assisting customers as needed
• Greet and "Connect" with every customer
• Suggestive selling of Waterway memberships and coupon books
• Keep the checkout area and convenience store clean and orderly
• Introduce customers to the Waterway experience and our menu of car wash options
• Effectively use our tablet software to sell Waterway Memberships based on customer needs

Job Requirements:

• Must be 21+ years old
• Valid Driver’s License
• Abide by Professional Appearance standards
• Strong communication skills required
• Must be focused on the Customer Experience
