CUSTOMER SERVICE / CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE
** POTENTIAL EARNINGS: $36,000 - $80,000 PER YEAR
Ingram Park Chrysler is currently taking interviews for a Customer Service / Call Center Representative (Sales Coordinator). Our Representatives will assist customers when visiting our dealership and will represent our dealership in a professional, friendly, and helpful manner as they are often the first contact for our customers at Ingram Park Chrysler. While in training, there will be a $2,500.00 per month guarantee for 60 days.
WORK SCHEDULE
- Monday - Saturday (Different Shifts)
PAY PLAN
- Salary, Commission, Plus Bonuses Available
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receive incoming internet leads, phone calls, and online chats from customers.
- Appointment Setter
- Follow up with all customers to ensure the highest level of customer service.
- Document all customer contact in the CRM tool.
- Follow scripts for incoming phone calls, internet requests, and emails (training will be provided).
- Be able to work as a team player.
- Answer phones with the best quality greeting.
- Handle customer concerns with integrity, poise, take (or refer) a complaining customer to the appropriate individual for resolution.
- Be able to use the many different technology tools effectively and efficiently.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be well spoken and able to speak and write proper grammar and punctuation.
- Be able to navigate the Internet with no issues.
- Be experienced in sales and customer service.
- Have a positive attitude and desire to exceed.
- Have the ability to multi-task.
- Must be able to work scheduled hours.
- Follow processes and scripts (training provided).
- Be able to represent Ingram Park Auto Group with the highest level of customer service and professionalism.

EXPERIENCE
- Automotive - 1 Year Preferred
- Call Center or Similar - 1 Year Preferred (Training Available)
