Customer Service Parts Specialist
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Customer Service Parts Specialist will allow the candidate to not only assist our customers over the phone with their parts needs, but they will also occasionally travel to customer sites for training and/or service calls. Our ideal candidate would have a strong mechanical aptitude with a high desire to learn and assist customers.
Duties will include:
- Assisting customers and dealers in correct part needs, placing orders for the parts, and assisting the expedite of urgent orders for the customer.
- Training customers on new equipment
- Assisting the customer and dealer with technical questions and problem resolution
- Training customers and dealers in a classroom and hands on environment
- Dedication to making sure customers’ needs are met or exceeded.
A few things you will need to bring with you:
- The ability to obtain a Class B CDL (26,000+ with air brakes & clean driving record).
- Prefer prior experience demonstrating mechanical aptitude
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to use Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
