Job description
REMOTE WORKER
The responsibilities of the customer service representative include opening and maintaining customer accounts by accurately recording account information, resolving product or service issues by clarifying the needs of the customer and investigating causes, managing a high volume of incoming calls, adhering to communication protocols and guidelines, and consistently offering excellent customer service.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Resolving customer complaints via phone, email, mail and/or social media
- Following up on customer complaints to ensure resolution
- Verifying accuracy of account information
This is a full-time, 40 hour per week position. Starting pay $15.00 per hour + excellent benefit package.
