For our Customer Service role, you will be placed as support for our sales and marketing teams. We work with subscription based companies, so the longer a customer stays with the client the more the client makes. Our goal is to increase profit immediately and over time with our clients. We will teach strategies to help implement these tactics. We do all of our work through the Face to Face setting, at events etc.
If you have any interest in growth, we are looking to train a customer service representative to a customer service manager, overseeing a team on that side of the operations.

Our company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to work in our Customer Service Department. Responsibilities:
- Answer calls from customers.
- Answer questions about company policy, products, and services.
- Maintain customer account information.
- Deliver packages to customers.
- Manage the flow of work in the department by assigning jobs to staff members.
- Provide good customer service.
