Gerkin Windows & Doors is based in South Sioux City, Nebraska and manufactures high performance vinyl and aluminum windows as well as storm doors.
We are currently seeking qualified applicants for our Customer Service Representative position.
This person is part of a team supporting our customers and our sales staff. We see a successful candidate as someone with strong customer service skills. Having knowledge or involvement in estimating, bidding on construction projects, or building design work is helpful. We look for someone with the ability to multitask, who is detailed orientated, and is proficient in MS Office Suite and has knowledge of AS400 based computer programs. Being able to communicate skillfully in conversation and writing are a must.
