  • Jessup & Associates, Inc., a Sales and Marketing Firm located in Knoxville, Tennessee, is seeking a seasoned Customer Service Representative to represent the iconic Case® Knife Brand.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for acting as a liaison between the company and its customer base.
  • Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services.
  • Proactively work to grow dealer and distributor accounts by progressive phone / email programs and campaigns.
  • Assist with generating orders, answering account questions and concerns, and helping with other customer service related inquiries.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or any equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Four years of experience desired in Customer Service.

Knowledge, Abilities, and Skills

  • Candidate must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Candidate must be proactive, have a good attitude, and be a team player.
  • Candidate must have a strong work ethic and proven ability to consistently and positively deliver quality work and ideas in a high-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Candidate must have integrity, be loyal and trustworthy, and use discretion.
  • Candidate must be organized with strong people skills.
  • Candidate must be able to multi-task.
  • Candidate must be able to make good, consistent, fair decisions and diffuse problems.
  • Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Candidate must be able to learn to use Salesforce, the company’s CRM system.

Job Type: Full-time
