We are seeking an Customer Service Represenative to join our fast-growing company!

Summary

As a Order Processing Specialist, you will be working mainly in processing orders and completing all approval processes before sending the order to production.

In addition, you will communicate with our Design and Production team to ensure orders are produced on time and deadlines are met. Along with this communication with customers about issues any issues regarding their account.

Essential duties and responsibilities

• Follow our order process
• Communicate with customers (phone, email)
• Work with our design team on new logos from clients
• Manage clients using our CRM system
• Manage order and timelines using our Order Management System
• Occasional work in production room (packing and boxing products)

Required skills

• Excellent communication skills (email, phone, verbal)
• Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc..)
• Basic math skills are required
• Experience working with a CRM system is a plus
• Experience working with people
• Experience in order processing
• Experience with QuickBooks
• Can lift up to 50 lbs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
