Position Overview:
This role is a client and team-centric position that focuses on the everyday success of our client's education strategies and point of contact engagement. In this role, you will work answer customer’(s) questions, inquiries and help provide correct and adequate information.
Every day you will:
- Become a knowledgeable spokesperson for our clients' purpose.
- Maintain a high net promoter score.
- Monitor daily workflows to ensure team members are meeting performance goals, following standard policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members
- Energetically reach out and engage event attendees at local events either outdoors or indoors
- Maintain a courteous and understanding manner with each customer
Ideal Candidate will possess:
· Strong communication and time management skills
· Ability to motivate themselves and others to meet targets and metrics
· Must have poise and patients when dealing with customers and clients
· 1+ years in customer service.
· Experience in working with a team in a fast paced environment
· A winning mentality and unwavering positive attitude
This role is based out of our Tampa, FL location and is a full time position.
