Our client, the world leader in the manufacturing of DOMING machines in Teterboro, NJ is looking for an Experienced Customer Service Representative to join their team. You will be assisting with customer inquires and answering the phone in a professional way.
*Must have 5+ years of experience to be considered
Your day may look like this:
- Answer telephones in a professional and courteous way and dispatch call to appropriate personnel.
- Assist with customer Inquires
- Acknowledge the receipt of orders from customers via email
- Prepare invoices for materials to be shipped and send to the warehouse
- Verify goods were shipped by the warehouse
- Inform customers that their order has been shipped
- Support the sales personnel and Technical personnel
Requirements and skills:
- 5+ Years of previous experience
- Skills in Word, Excel
- Invoicing procedures (sage 100 Knowledge a plus)
- Excellent Communications skills (both oral and written)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Telephone skills
Pay Rate and Shifts:
- Monday to Friday
- 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- $20.00 to $22.00
