Customer Service Representative
Job description
Job will perform administrative functions for the Customer Service/Finance departments.
1. Log order Airway Bill information along with other relevant order details.
2. Maintains files and performs other routine office functions within the Customer Service/Finance Department.
3. Assists in preparing/maintaining multiple departmental reports using excel and Hyperion.
4. The ability to work with other department personnel in all activities required to accomplish the overall objectives of the company.
5. Cognizant of area sales goals and actual performance.
6. Administer customer request for QA related paperwork.
7. Conduct necessary contact and correspondence via phone/email in a manner to establish and maintain optimum relations.
8. Occasionally cover the Air Cruisers front desk.
9. Prepares notice of shipments when needed.
10. Prepare and issue credits and charges using ACC’s M3 system.
11. Other duties that may be assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
