We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented person with strong interpersonal and communications skills. This is an entry level position but all are welcome to apply. Flexible Schedule Monday to Friday FullTime/Part Time Position Available

Location: Syosset, NY

Responsibilities for Customer Service Representative:

• Offer our customers solutions with the highest level of communication · Answer customer calls, assist with product inquiries, price quotes, transit time, order status, order tracking and invoice payments.
• Reply to customers e-mail inquiries
• Order Entry
• Oversee daily maintenance of preferred customer accounts.
• Support office staff with administrative projects and travel arrangements as needed.
• Answer and field inbound calls for the executive staff.
• Coordinate office events.
• Order office supplies

The following experience and skills are not necessary but are a PLUS for the customer service and data entry representative:

• Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook.
• AS400 Database experience, helpful but not necessary.
• Experience in the ASI industry, helpful but not necessary.
• Experience in a call center environment.
• Customer Service experience.
• Excellent phone skills and follow up skills.
• Organizational skills.
• Effective communication/interpersonal skills.
• Problem Solver.
