Customer Sales Representatives areour front-line team responsible for receiving, managing, and directing allincoming telephone calls while providing the highest quality guest experienceto each and every caller. Candidates must have prior related experience and afunctional ability to speak to the quality of our food services with sophistication.While growing, we have maintained our commitment to providing the best quality,value and service.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2-3 yearsprior experience in a customer service and/or administrative role

• MUST havea passion for food and prior food-related work experience

• Must haveoutstanding telephone demeanor

• Must beable to manage high call volume orders under high pressure in a fast-pacedenvironment.

• Excellentinterpersonal skills and ability to interact with customers, associates andmanagement in a professional and efficient manner

• Excellentorganizational skills and ability to multi-task

• Abilityto quickly learn our products and processes

• Flexibleschedule including weekends and holidays

Some of the responsibilities of our Customer SalesRepresentatives include:

• Manageand provide superior customer service on every call: take orders, tactfullylisten to and resolve customer complaints, inquiries, price and productavailability and maximizing sales/profits.

• Providesupport and clear communication with Store Team Members, Managers, etc.pertaining to customer orders and inquiries.

• Properlydocument of all communication between caller and representative.

• Serve asa resource of product knowledge to customers and answer/direct calls as needed

• Performadditional duties as required

We offer minimum $14 per hour (which could be as high as $17depending on experience, qualifications and as high as $20 with attachedbonuses and increments in as little time as possible).

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
