Job description

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The right individual will have a passion for providing high-quality support for customers. A successful candidate is detail-oriented, feel comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can troubleshoot and respond to all types of issues and concerns, from basic product questions to difficult technical problems. Candidates should be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbally and written.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm CST

Responsibilities:

  • Process customers' requests, complaints, and comments.
  • Answer customer questions and resolve issues.
  • Provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Manage customer accounts.
  • Work within clearly defined methods to resolve customers' issues.
  • Be a member of a team.
  • Follow standard business processes and procedures.
  • Demonstrate good judgment with customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.60 per hour
