Borsheims is looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative in the Omaha area. At Borsheims, our purpose is to provide our Signature Service to every customer, and you will play a vital role in helping us do that.

We are looking for someone who will deliver Borsheims’ Signature Service to our customers in- store and over the phone by assisting them with their inquiries about jewelry repairs, appraisals, cleaning, engraving, customer charge accounts and more. You are viewed as a resource to the sales associates and managers in Jewelry and Gifts. Could that be you?

You Are:

• Service-Minded. You're the face of Borsheims to our customers. You are focused on ensuring customers questions are answered promptly. You know exactly what to do to make the customer happy.

• Effective Communicator. You’re able to communicate with customers, associates and managers regarding various service and transaction inquiries.

• Detail-Oriented & Organized. You're diligent in taking in jewelry repairs and appraisals. You are responsible for generating repair tickets, providing details regarding what work needs to be done and ensuring the customer is notified upon completion.

• Problem-solver. You pride yourself in resolving customer issues promptly. You are determined to find a positive solution for customer issues and inquiries.

• Innovative. You’re always looking for way to improve the customer experience using best- practice solutions and efficiencies.

Can you?

• Work an assigned schedule.
• Communicate in a courteous and professional manner either in-person, over the phone or through email.
• Read and write small print.
• Move about the store from department to department.
• Possess basic math skills.
• Stamina to stand for eight hours.
• Lift and carry approximately 20 pounds.
