A Customer Service Representative job in Alpharetta, GA is available through Acara Solutions.
This is a Part-Time Remote CONTRACT role (Temp). The candidate will be responsible for
processing all order inquiries, processing return labels, and advising on warranty questions. Qualified
candidates will be customer-focused and possess excellent communication skills with experience in the
medical device industry or a medical environment. The candidate shall be skilled in navigating thru multiple
systems while interpreting our client's needs to resolve their issues. The pay for this position is $19.00 p/hr.

Customer Service Representative job responsibilities include:
  • Answering inquiries, processing return labels, advising on warranty questions
  • Receiving and making outbound customer calls
  • Records customer's product quality complaints according to guidelines and SOP
  • Forwarding complaints to the quality department for documentation & processing
  • Ability to de-escalate customer situations to obtain first-call resolutions of issues
  • Corresponding via email
  • Managing customer and equipment data
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Taking initiative and ownership



BASIC/REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • High School Diploma or GED Required
  • At least one (1) year of work experience in customer service
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM
  • World Class Customer Service
PREFERRED SKILLS
  • Medical Device/Dental Implant product knowledge
  • Associates degree
  • 2+ years of contact center experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, MS Teams, MS Dynamics, CRM
  • Experience with SAP, Paymatrix, and Pulse
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Background/Drug Screenings are required
  • Working Hours Monday-Friday (11 am to 3 pm/ or 12 pm to 4 pm)
