COMPANY DESCRIPTION: Logo Mats, LLC is a division of Mountville Mills, Inc., headquartered in LaGrange, Georgia. The company is the premier supplier of floor mats to the promotional products and ad specialty industry. We are known worldwide for our superior customer service, development, and marketing of innovative products.

SUMMARY: The primary responsibility of this position is to offer excellent service to our customers, including, but not limited to

providing information on products, pricing, and order status, as well as the processing of orders, ensuring orders ship in a timely manner.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: This position is required to process customer orders, answer phone or email inquiries regarding orders and artwork, meet service requests; track orders, and coordinate correction of orders. The Customer Service Representative will also act as a liaison between Manufacturing Departments, Accounts Receivable, the Art Department, and Sales Team to resolve any issues related to customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS: Qualified candidates will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, be detail and task-oriented, and possess creative problem-solving skills. Applicants must also have a good attitude, the flexibility to juggle multiple tasks, and comprehend at a rapid pace. We are seeking a team player with strong computer skills, who is highly motivated, has a strong work ethic, a sense of urgency, and is a self-starter. Post-secondary education or college degree preferred. A minimum of 1-3 years of customer service experience is required. Local area candidates only. No relocation expenses will be paid.

WORKING CONDITIONS: Standard office hours (8:00 am to 5:00 pm); however, overtime and weekends may be required. Physical demands are typical of a normal office environment.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
