HEP is seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives (CSRs)

Position consists of taking inbound customer phone calls and making outbound preventative maintenance calls in order to schedule appointments. The ideal candidate has a pleasant phone voice, is comfortable on the phone, trouble shooting complaints and working in a fast paced, sometimes stressful environment.

Our customer service representatives also have an opportunity to earn commission on the sale of our maintenance agreement. Other bonuses and incentives are paid depending on service.

This position starts at $16 per Hour, Overtime is probable, as is occasional weekend work

Responsibilities and Duties

• Taking inbound calls
• Making outbound calls
• Selling customers our Maintenance Agreement
• Scheduling appointments for service
• Trouble shooting customer complaints

REQUIREMENTS SUPERVISED DRUG TEST, BACKGROUND CHECK

• MINIMUM OF 1 YEAR CALL CENTER CUSTOMER SERVICE
• Familiar with Microsoft Office suite
• Energetic and upbeat personality
• Excellent phone etiquette, correct grammar and spelling is a must
• Reliability - must have your own vehicle and be on time every shift
• Flexible Availability - our office operates from 7am - 9pm M-F, 8am-9pm, occasional Saturday, 9am-7pm occasional Sunday.
• 2 Years minimum of phone sales experience
• Making outbound calls to current customers for preventative maintenance inspections
• Data Entry
