Customer Success Representative

Description

This is an entry level position, ideal for a recent college graduate or someone new to the job market who wants to gain real world experience. Plenty of opportunities for advancement into different departments (purchasing, accounting, sales).

Typical Duties

Support IS Daily sales function by answering phone calls, placing orders both by phone and emails.

Process return requests, credits and answering all customer service e-mails

Handle all interaction with UPS and other carriers pertaining to delivery discrepancies, i.e. call tag request, reroute of packages, etc.

Support multiple companies’ daily customer service requests.

Answer the online Chat support for all websites.

Assist account managers with bid opportunities and other customer pricing requests.

Employee must maintain an error rate of less than 0.6% each month.

Cultivate positive relationship with customers.

Drive business to the website.

Participate and improve your understanding and maneuverability in excel, outlook and other Microsoft Office Suite formats.

Compensation

Base salary $37,500.00

Monday-Friday work week

Hours will be 10 AM to 7 PM EST.

Requirements

Must be able to read, write, and speak English clearly.

Computer experience including Excel a must.

Professional sounding voice and calm demeanor required.

Currently we are all working remotely but reporting to the office in Middletown, CT will be required in the future. We provide a full desktop technology set up for employees working in one of our offices. This includes a desktop computer, monitor(s), keyboard, mouse, and telephone. For employees working remotely or exercising partial remote flexibility under a hybrid program, we do not provide portable IT equipment at this time. We ask that you use your own personal laptop computer when working remotely. Our IT team will install all necessary computer softwear on your device for you to complete your required work remotely, including virtual access to our systems and an internet-based telephone system.
