Customer Support Onboarding Specialist (Part-Time)

WHAT WE SEEK

Our Customer Support Onboarding Specialists play a significant role in customer satisfaction and student achievement.by helping teachers, administrators, students and parents throughout the country use our game-changing educational materials. We are looking for specialists who can assist our school partners with technical integrations.


WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE

  • Communicate with district technical staff to gather integration requirements.
  • Work with district partners to configure roster integration via Clever, Classlink and other services.
  • Assist with setup tasks related to roster integration, such as template classes, status tracking and quality assurance.
  • Answer, research, and resolve first and second level customer issues related to integrations.
  • Project work to provide for continuous improvement to the roster integration process
  • Assist in documenting and testing new integration options.


WHAT SHOULD BE IN YOUR BACKPACK

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Technical support, software testing or technical writing experience.
  • Excellent problem solving skills, patience and a friendly demeanor.
  • Additional consideration will be given for previous customer service experience, familiarity with educational software, or a background in education.
