STARK is seeking to hire an experienced Cut Table Assistant Supervisor for our Calhoun Georgia location. This role will be responsible for overseeing four cutting tables and assign/prioritize orders for cutting.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Management of cut table department - 6 Cut Tables across 2 buildings.
- Responsible for identifying new and needed IT equipment and maintenance items.
- Review orders and expectations with internal management and external sales force.
- Monitor and respond to emails in a timely manner.
- Arrange daily workflow for rolls/buggies between buildings.
- Write all departmental procedures and SOP’s.
- Develop new and maintain all current departmental KPI’s.
- Track orders to ensure on time shipments and delivery.
- Manage workflow for the department such as putting orders to the floor based on date and shipping/fabrication needs along with Sample production.
- Load IWMS queue and prioritize workflow for both buildings 197/200.
- Print orders from IWMS that cannot be loaded to the queue.
- Assist all operators with training needs.
- Evaluate and coordinate expedited orders.
- Locate lost inventory as needed.
- Manage time and attendance through paycor.
- Schedule all overtime for the department.
- Responsible for all Interviewing, hiring and terminations in the department.
- Make sure company policies and procedures are followed.
- Open/close facilities when needed.
- Attend quarterly planning.
- Plan quarterly rocks to help improve department.
- Assist Safety management on all incidents and ways to prevent further incidents.
- Keep track of supplies for the department and re-order when necessary.
- Keep track of weekly/Yearly machine downtime.
- Attend weekly meetings for cut table department check in.
- Attend Calhoun leadership weekly meetings.
- Meet daily with 2nd and 3rd shift supervisors to coordinate workload.
- Document control of multiple forms
- Work with photo manager to schedule photo & inspection requests.
Work Environment:
This position requires work in a warehouse setting, with some outdoor exposure during the workday. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines, and standard warehouse equipment such as hand trucks, box cutters and tape dispensers.
