CAREERS THAT MATTERIMMEDIATE OPENINGData Administrator__________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________South Shore Early Education and Care - a private non-profit providing early childcare on the South Shore, Cape and Islands, South Shore Early Education and Care in Marshfield seeks a full-time Data Administrator, 37.50 hours per week, 41 weeks per year.__________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________Core DutiesResponsible for the input and maintenance of data, systems management, and miscellaneous administrative tasks to support coordination and data analysis required for the management and administration of Head Start & childrens services. All monitoring, collection, entry, and management of database systems. Including self-assessment, and program development, Performance Indicator Reporting system. Provide technical support and assistance to staff as it relates to collection, entry, management, work with vendors as liaison.Provide initial and ongoing training for program staff related to database usage. Maintain data integrity of both hard copy and electronic data accurately and in a timely manner, storage, dissemination, and destruction. Assist and maintain systems and procedures for collecting data for entry and reporting purposes. Assist on special data projects including surveys, needs assessments, self-assessment, public presentations, reports, and development projects.Core QualificationsMinimum of a bachelors degree in business, computer science, human services or related field, and one to three years of experience in the areas of data entry.Maintain knowledge of Go-engage software, ACF, EEC, federal, state, program regulations, standards, laws, and policies.
High proficiency with computer and database skills and exceptional knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel. Ability to attend and participate in training, and meetings as needed. Attention to accuracy, confidentiality, and timeliness of data management.Excellent written and verbal communication, mathematical and analytical abilities, and interpersonal skills. Minimum Requirements at employment: All candidates must undergo a CORI, DCF, SORI, and fingerprint background check; prior to beginning employment.
