Pasadena, California-based California Credits Group (www.ccg.com) is looking to grow its team again. We are looking for a Data Analyst to assist our team with updating reports through document review, data analysis, and summarization. The Analyst will be responsible for the following:

Data Processing:
Retrieve, organize, data enter, and store digital files

Analytics:
Organize raw data, work papers and data from accounts payable to reconcile remaining credit and fees.
Summarize results of schedule and recommend next steps for manager review.
Analyze new hire documents to identify and capture Work Opportunity and Tax Credits.
Improve, execute, and effectively communicate data results of clients nearing EZ credit usage.
Provide strong, timely analytics.
Develop actionable roadmaps for improving workflows and processes to correctly update credit carryover amounts for all clients.

Minimum Skills and Qualifications:
Analytical skills, with some experience collecting, organizing, and disseminating abundant information accurately.
Good written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degrees
Ability to present findings in a polished way
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel in particular)

Pay: $37,500.00 - $46,000.00 per year
