Data Analyst I (US - Contract)

Expedia Services is building the platform that will enable what is next in travel and our Insights team works with Finance to develop predictive models (for example, to forecast Cloud expense) and build solutions that drive automation. What You’ll Do:

• Extract, load, and transform data from multiple sources for global compliance reporting
• Validate and verify data attributes via third-party tools, internal tools, and via weblinks
• Examine data quality issues for consistency and accuracy, identify resolutions
• Investigate inconsistencies
• Participate in testing for various test cases a set of reporting requirements by jurisdiction
• Apply your expertise in quantitative analysis, data visualization, statistical methods, and data mining to understand Finance data within both established and novel frameworks
• Develop tools, data models, and processes that improve the insight and analytical capabilities of the business

• Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Excel (e.g.vlookups, sumifs, pivots)
• Experience with Power BI, a plus
• Experience with the use of various data analytic tools

Please note contractors are engaged to provide services to Expedia Group on a temporary basis in connection with a specific assignment. Contractors are hired and employed through Atrium, our third-party payrolling partner.

This job posting is for a temporary role as an employee of Atrium on assignment at Pfizer. The individual selected for this role will be offered the role as an employee of Atrium; compensation, medical benefits, fringe benefits and other terms and conditions of employment shall be presented by Atrium upon offer. The pay rate range provided is a reasonable estimate of the anticipated compensation range for this job at the time of posting. The actual pay rate will be based on a number of factors, including skills, competencies, experience, location and/or being pursued and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition, this role will be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements.
