Local contractor for major southern California telecommunications company looking to hire for the position of data entry/biller. The position is Full time Monday-Friday from 8a-5p.
Salary: $15.50hr
This candidate must be self-driven and willing to work on their own or with a team. This position is fast paced and will be interacting with our customers or vendors via email and phone. The biller will be handling the billing for a variety of projects that will require memorization of codes, definitions and/or field knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Dependable
- Detail Orientated
- Must have min. 2 yrs. working in an office setting
- Must have min. 2 yrs. data entry/billing experience
- Experience in the Telecommunications Industry preferred (Frontier, Verizon, etc)
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); Working knowledge of relevant software will be appreciated
- Adherence to laws and confidentiality guidelines
- Excellent math ability
- Good organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
