Data Entry Clerk
Eaze Medical Solutions is a national ancillary care service provider in the workers’ compensation space. Eaze is a boutique provider which has grown organically for over 8 years by maintaining the highest level of customer service. We are looking for a solution centered individual to help us uphold our commitment to patient care through providing amazing service.

We are looking for a like-minding individual who is energetic, empathetic, and organized to assist our patient care coordinators provide care to our workers’ compensation patients.
We are looking for someone who is energetic, trustworthy, and detail orientated to join our intake team. This individual would be responsible for entering new referrals into our system. They will need to read through prescriptions and doctor’s notes to identify some of the information needed to progress the referral. This position requires a strong attention to detail and the qualified candidate will be someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.
This role is remote. We hire in Utah, North Carolina, Georgia, and Florida.
Headquarters are located in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Daily Functions
- Enter client referrals that were emailed to us into our database.
- Review the prescription and physician notes looking for important information to add to the file.
- Attend department and company meetings.
- Answer emails
Our preferred candidate will have...
- Previous data entry experience
- Previous experience in the workers compensation industry with a basic understanding of orthopedic bracing and medical terminology.
- Effective and demonstrated skills in planning, organization, and time management
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Be trustworthy and able to work with confidential information about the company and its internal processes.
- Efficient with a PC and MS Office and have the ability to learn and master other software programs.
- Fast and accurate typing skills of approximately 60 WPM with minimal errors
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, problem solve and think outside the box.
Requirements
- 1+ years of data entry experience
- Excellent written communication skills
- Reliable and prompt for all shifts
- Strong listening and reading skills to be able to understand instructions and perform tasks effectively
- Organized and diligent in following up on action items
- Trustworthy in order to maintain confidentiality
