GENERATIONS Geriatric Mental Health seeks an individual for our Part Time Data Entry/Medical Records position. This position allows for 25-30 hours per week, with flexible hours. This position is located in the office and is not remote. Some weekend hours may be possible. We are a private psychiatric practice serving adults age 70 and older.

Responsibilities typically include:

• Data entry into an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and billing software
• Scanning documents
• Verifying demographic and insurance information
• Faxing medical records

The most successful candidate will:

• Value attention to detail
• Demonstrate proficiency using the computer
• Have strong organizational skills
• Be reliable, flexible and efficient
• Feel comfortable working independently

This position is ideal for college students or individuals looking to supplement another position. Prior experience is helpful but not required. We will train the right individual.

Pay is commensurate with experience and will be discussed at time of interview.

Up to date vaccination is required.
